Guest Consent, Release and Indemnification
By scheduling and participating as a guest on the Trauma Uncensored Podcast (“Podcast”), confirm that I am doing so voluntarily and understand that our conversation will be recorded. Because this is a safe space, I recognize that I remain the guide of my own comfort, conduct and speech and may request to pause, take a break, or stop the recording at any time to honor and enforce my wishes and boundaries. Relatedly, I acknowledge that any remarks or comments I make as the Guest on the Podcast are my own, and I will be solely responsible for them. Therefore, by participating as the Guest, I forever release hold harmless and indemnify the Podcast, its owner, Trauma Uncensored, LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, (the “Company”) and the Company’s members, employees, contractors and producers from any liability related to my participation and the broadcast of this recording, including, but not limited to, any and all claims for libel or rights I may have of privacy (e.g. false light or publicity in connection with the Podcast) and copyright.
Further, I understand that the Company retains sole ownership of the initial recording and all reproductions, publications and intellectual property rights thereof. I consent that for all time the Podcast and the Company may edit, produce and publish the recording—in whole or in part— across all media platforms, whether physical, digital or otherwise, now and in the future, for any reason the Company deems appropriate, in the Company’s sole and absolute discretion, including, but not limited to, educational, self-help, support, entertainment, and advertisement purposes. In addition, I have provided the Podcast with certain information about me, which may include my name, biography, curriculum vitae, or otherwise, whether previously public or non-public, and likeness in connection with the Podcast, all of which I forever consent to the Podcast’s use of.
This consent shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee.
